What is total care?

Apple’s AppleCare is great, but you have to take it out during the first year of ownership, total care allows you to get breakdown mac-book-brokencover for Macs
that are up to 5 years old. If your mac has
a failed hard drive, one day it refuses to startup or Mail crashes every time you open it, MacAssist TotalCare has you covered

So what is and isn’t covered

Pretty much everything, apart from accidental damage. If you want to cover accidental damage too, you’ll need TotalCare plus.

•Mechanical breakdown of any component, for example hard drive, logic board, and screen.

• Software problems. Our lines will manned 9am – 5.30pm Monday Friday

How much will it cost?

TotalCare £100 a year, or £10 a month.

TotalCare Plus £150 a year, or £15 a month.

When can I get it?

I drowned my Macbook air in coke & it died! Tried my local Mac expert who wanted £550 to replace Logic board (with second-hand unit) plus £125 labour "OUCH" My nearest Apple store said "uneconomical repair" buy a new one.
I found these guys via google & they saved the day! They picked up my Mac, evaluated it & told me they could fix it! we agreed a price, which was reasonable! they then carried out the repair & returned it back to me as good as new! & I can't recommend these guys highly enough! just brilliant.
I did have a small concern at the beginning & that was handing over my mac to complete strangers! & the service they were offering seemed to good to be true! But I looked through the google reviews & they are good so I went with it! I am so pleased I found these people & if need be I will have no hesitation in sending any of my apple kit for them to repair in the future.
First class!!!

Excellent Service

The service was efficient and accurate from the beginning and saved hours of trying to find a local techie. The cost of supplying a new keyboard for my MacBook Pro was very reasonable, and the collection and delivery service for my laptop was brilliant. There was good communication using emails and phone calls from start to finish and my laptop was returned ahead of the scheduled date. I have already recommended the service to a friend and I would use the service again.

Mine was a complex problem that apple technical service could provide a solution to. Mac Assist provided a helpful and pleasant experience and resolved the problem within a day. I would recommend the service to others.

I used MacAssist recently due to a stratified light effect on my Mac screen. Whilst the effect was somewhat colourful the overall usefulness was limited. They were fantastic, sent me a box, I got it packed away with the instructions and had it back in my study in no time. All repaired and working once again. I was extremely pleased with the service. Well done Mac Assist.

My son's iPhone 6S screen was completey destroyed and we thought it was beyond repair. One quick assessment and we were told it was OK to fix - 48 hrs later he had his iPhone back looking brand new. Fantastic service - highly recommended. Thank you
