After the initial consultation, the whole repair service was extremely efficient and handled seamlessly. After visiting the official retailer previously I was amazed at the price that I was quoted for the same job, and the service was quicker. On top of repairing the Macbook I was assisted with advice and a company recommendation for data recovery of the damaged hard drive.
I think this exemplifies the extra mile that the company go to ensuring that your needs are met or exceeded.
I would have no hesitation in recommending the service to friends and family.

I had my Imac repaired by these guys November last year. The service provided was excellent. I had my mac back and working perfectly after about a week. They recovered and replaced my hard drive and kept me informed along the way. Reasonable cost too. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for mac repairs.

Took a while for turn around - probably 3 weeks in total, but the machine is working well now and at a lower cost than apple would have charged! Equally they applied consideration because I'm a student, so can't fault them on that front

Had a "Walk in" upgrade on my 21" iMac. Staff helpful and pleasant. Took 3.5hrs, bit longer than anticipated, but main thing is that it got done. Cost was as quoted so all good and im very happy. My Mac is working great now so i would highly recommend them.

Mac Assist(Fix My Broken Mac) was able to repair my Mac Air Laptop after I accidentally spilled a ton of chocolate milk on it. I did not think my Mac could be saved but Mac Assist did a bang up job and my computer seems good as new. We had Apple quote the repairs for my laptop and they quoted us £800 more than Mac Assist(Fix My Broken Mac)did. WOW! Mac Assist(Fix My Broken Mac) was quick, nice, helpful, knowledgeable and the price was right! I would recommend them to anyone.
