Total Care

What is total care?

Apple’s AppleCare is great, but you have to take it out during the first year of ownership, total care allows you to get breakdown mac-book-brokencover for Macs
that are up to 5 years old. If your mac has
a failed hard drive, one day it refuses to startup or Mail crashes every time you open it, MacAssist TotalCare has you covered

So what is and isn’t covered

Pretty much everything, apart from accidental damage. If you want to cover accidental damage too, you’ll need TotalCare plus.

•Mechanical breakdown of any component, for example hard drive, logic board, and screen.

• Software problems. Our lines will manned 9am – 5.30pm Monday Friday

How much will it cost?

TotalCare £100 a year, or £10 a month.

TotalCare Plus £150 a year, or £15 a month.

When can I get it?

We will be launching TotalCare early in 2016, please fill out the form below if you’re interested in finding out more details and to be notified when we launch the service.

Excellent service and quickly repaired by MAC screen. Also clearly communicated on additional repairs required. I would like to thank speedy service as repairs were required by a deadline. If you required repairs Infinite loop is the place to go. My son is very happy, like a new machine..

I had a great experience with Infinite Loop. They repaired my MacBook Pro motherboard and replaced the screen, and during the process they also identified a keyboard issue caused by minor liquid damage, which they replaced free of charge as a goodwill gesture.
Communication was clear throughout, pricing was transparent, and the team were professional and helpful. I really appreciated the care taken with the repair and the warranty support offered.
Would definitely recommend them for Apple repairs.

Just got my macbook pro M1 back after it had completely stopped turning on, I took it to apple first but they were just going to change the motherboard and I was going to loose all my data and it was going to cost nearly £1000... so i tried Infinite loop not only did they fix the problem for less than half the price I lost NO data and they kept me in the loop the whole time, this was very reassuring and everything was carried out exactly as they promised.
I cant recommend them enough and I will definitely use them, again.

As a computer repair company I play to my strengths and Apple Repairs is not one of them so I choose to put my trust in Will and his team to look after this responsible for me.

They do a great job at price that is affordable at standard second to none.

Thanks Guys :)
