I last used Infinite Loop a few years ago for a keyboard repair, but my current laptop needed a new battery and indeed a good service, I opted for them again without hesitation. Excellent communication and they just made the whole process so easy from quote to dropping off my laptop and collecting it. Their attention to detail and quality of work is second to none, my laptop looks brilliant and is back to being fully functional. If I need a future repair, I will be back and would recommend the company to anyone looking for a quality and friendly service..

I had a great experience with The Infinite Loop.

I was struggling to find anyone local who could repair my MacBook the same day. I didn't feel comfortable posting it away and waiting several days for it to come back, as I simply couldn't afford that level of disruption.

These guys were able to fit me in the same day, and from the moment I arrived I felt reassured. Seeing their workshop, knowing everything is repaired onsite, and speaking to engineers who genuinely care about what they do gave me real peace of mind.

The service was professional, friendly and efficient throughout. I'd highly recommend The Infinite Loop if you need a Mac repair and want people you can trust.

I have sent my iPad to Infinite Loop for water damage repair and found the process super easy. From sending the iPad to the company, to receiving it back, all went smoothly. I found them to be efficient and quick to respond to any questions/help needed. Very happy and will be recommending to friends. Thank you Infinite Loop.

My vintage Macbook Pro was on its last legs. It's hardly been switched off for 10+ years, and is my DAW workhorse. The fan was On more than Off (huge problem in a studio), the trackpad was like wading through treacle, the bottom of the case was bulging, all due to battery swelling, and it must have been full of dust too. Infinite Loop returned it o me in a (very) few days, looking and running like new,, for a fraction of the cost of the upgrade I thought I was facing. Flawless. Highly recommended.
