What is total care?

Apple’s AppleCare is great, but you have to take it out during the first year of ownership, total care allows you to get breakdown mac-book-brokencover for Macs
that are up to 5 years old. If your mac has
a failed hard drive, one day it refuses to startup or Mail crashes every time you open it, MacAssist TotalCare has you covered

So what is and isn’t covered

Pretty much everything, apart from accidental damage. If you want to cover accidental damage too, you’ll need TotalCare plus.

•Mechanical breakdown of any component, for example hard drive, logic board, and screen.

• Software problems. Our lines will manned 9am – 5.30pm Monday Friday

How much will it cost?

TotalCare £100 a year, or £10 a month.

TotalCare Plus £150 a year, or £15 a month.

When can I get it?

I used MacAssist recently due to a stratified light effect on my Mac screen. Whilst the effect was somewhat colourful the overall usefulness was limited. They were fantastic, sent me a box, I got it packed away with the instructions and had it back in my study in no time. All repaired and working once again. I was extremely pleased with the service. Well done Mac Assist.

My son's iPhone 6S screen was completey destroyed and we thought it was beyond repair. One quick assessment and we were told it was OK to fix - 48 hrs later he had his iPhone back looking brand new. Fantastic service - highly recommended. Thank you

Simply phenomenal!!

I won't be going to the apple store again. I had my fusion drive replaced with an SSD and the service, advice and speed of repair from start to finish was A+. I will be recommending to friends and family alike!!

Defect was identified quickly the quote for repair was followed detailing cost and required action. Repair was effected and machine runs superb. I will not be using anyone else to rep[air my ageing machine. Great Communication. Great job.
